Wachsman launches fintech and web3 recruiting practice: Wachsman People Advisory

Global communications firm Wachsman has announced its dedicated recruitment division to support demand for talent.

14 December, New York: Wachsman, a global communications firm specializing in fintech, emerging technology, and digital assets, has today announced the launch of its recruitment arm, Wachsman People Advisory.

The new business division will assist clients in technology, finance and web3 to accurately identify personnel requirements and source the best candidates from across the globe in a highly competitive landscape.

Wachsman’s Global Head of Talent, Tyler Feinerman, says that Wachsan People Advisory responds to feedback from clients. They argue that despite the current bear market and some layoffs caused by the recent collapse of FTX, sourcing high-caliber talent remains one of the most critical industry challenges in the mid to long-term.

In addition to the company’s existing network of candidates, Wachsman People Advisory will help clients’ executive teams to identify and define their exact requirements, headhunting, and assisting with the interview and selection process to the extent desired.
