Wachsman was recognised by Business River in this year’s Diversity in Business Awards

Wachsman is honoured to be recognised in the Diversity In Business Awards 2025, as a finalist for the Best Workplace – Medium-Sized Organisation category, alongside companies that champion diversity and inclusivity at the core of their mission.

Since inception, we have sought to invest in our most valuable asset: our people. Founded in 2015, Wachsman closed out its first decade in style, driving real business results for the companies at the forefront of emerging technology and financial services innovation. Recruiting, developing, and nurturing top talent has brought us to this point and underpins our continued success. In Wachsman Ireland’s short history, having opened its doors in Dublin just 9 years ago, the tenure of Wachsman’s senior leadership team is a testament to how we have successfully nurtured our people. Of our senior staff, 71% have stayed with Wachsman for over 7 years, building their careers in a supportive, inclusive, and dynamic culture. Wachsman EMEA had a record year in 2024, achieving €6.3 million in revenue and increasing headcount by 10% from our headquarters in Dublin and Irish-founded, female-led subsidiaries in Geneva and London.

Our team is diverse in thought and experience, and we cater to diverse, international clients from a wide variety of ideological and cultural backgrounds. Taking a holistic approach to DE&I thus enhances our internal operations, staff satisfaction and client servicing.

Wachsman’s Core Values encapsulate our relentless endeavour to better ourselves as individuals and as a team. We constantly seek to understand the personal and professional perspectives of our clients and colleagues, maintaining openness to learn and a desire to seek and provide constructive feedback.

  • Commitment to Team & Client
  • Humility & Intellectual Curiosity
  • Honesty & Respect
  • Proactive Leadership
  • Appreciation & Gratitude
  • Ability to Adapt

We uphold a strong moral and ethical code to take action despite the risk of adverse consequences and in the absence of direction. When the right and the easy conflict, we always do what’s right.
