Fiona has established a reputation for providing first-class events support at some of the leading blockchain and emerging technology conferences around the world. With years of experience managing end-to-end events production, from exhibition building to onsite support, Fiona is adept at actualizing her clients’ visions from conceptualization to implementation. Fiona has a proven track record for securing high-profile sponsorship opportunities and speaking engagements at some of the top conferences around the world, including Consensus, TOKEN2049, MoneyConf, WebSummit, and Money 2020. There, she is a go-to resource for a wide variety of production needs, planning and executing successful fireside chats, panel discussions, and launch parties. Other areas of expertise include delegate services, venue sourcing, transfer and accommodation management, supplier management, contract negotiation, and sponsorship coordination.
Before assuming her role at Wachsman, Fiona spent more than four years planning and managing global events and conferences from San Francisco to Dubai. She previously held roles in event management agencies, working with clients in the corporate services, technology, pharmaceutical, and medical device industries.
Fiona holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Sociology from Trinity College, Dublin.
Maggee brings her vast event management experience spanning the financial services, technology, and media industries. She specializes in vendor and third-party management, and creative strategy.
Maggee's event and conference management work as Director of Events of AFAR Media and as Associate Director of Events at Quartz was spread across four continents, most notably producing Quartz's global event series, "The Next Billion." Maggee’s portfolio also includes events planning for global organizations Barclays and Bloomberg.
Maggee holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies and Public Relations from James Madison University.
Before joining Wachsman, Erica worked as an Account Manager for design and sourcing studio Harper+Scott, where she oversaw the creative direction, production, and delivery of branded merchandise for clients.
Prior to her time at Harper+Scott, Erica worked as CEO and Co-founder of IRL, a mobile app enabling users to seamlessly request professional introductions. At IRL, Erica spearheaded strategic planning for the company, creating a comprehensive marketing plan that included branded campaigns, partnerships, events, cross promotions, and social media.
Erica also worked as Manager of Event Partnerships for OneTable, an online and in-person hub for unaffiliated millennials looking to find and host Shabbat dinners. There, Erica built out an events program that attracted more than 5,000 participants to the platform.
In her spare time, Erica consults with Mrs. Dow Jones, where she works closely with the CEO to develop social content for strategic partners.
Erica received a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Culture from Indiana University.
Mark comes to Wachsman with event management experience in the sports and fundraising sectors, supporting companies like Make a Wish, Suicide or Survive, and Chernobyl’s Children’s Trust.
Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sports and Exercise Management from University College Dublin and a postgraduate diploma in Event Management and Public Relations from Fitzwilliam Institute.
Destin joined Wachsman after graduating from St. John’s University with a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations and a minor in Event Management.
During his third year at St. John’s, Destin made the shift into the events industry, where he managed events and experiences for nonprofits and commercial organizations including Amazon, MAC Cosmetics, and Swarovski.
