Danny is an award-winning communications professional with over 20 years of integrated communications and campaigning experience in Asia and the United States. He is the leader of Wachsman in Asia Pacific.
Danny has extensive experience building consultancies, businesses and teams in emerging and frontier markets. In the APAC region, Danny has been advising senior leaders, including CEOs and function heads on strategies ranging from policy and regulatory communications to litigation, investigations, and special situations.
Danny’s areas of expertise are in helping companies and organizations shape the political and policy environment for new or heavily regulated industries, advising companies such as Airbnb, Coca-Cola, Grab, and The Asia Internet Coalition (Google, Facebook, Amazon, and Twitter are among its members).
In 2008, Danny moved to Singapore to head Ogilvy’s Government Practice, where he advised Singapore government ministries and statuary boards such as EDB, MCYS, MICA, and MOM against the backdrop of a rapidly changing social, cultural, political, and digital landscape.
Danny started his career in New York with the city’s top PR firm after graduating from university. Danny was named “Young PR Professional of the Year” in 2006 for his work pioneering Vietnam’s first global PR firm and he was recently named one of Asia’s 40 under 40 by Campaign Asia in 2015.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations, specializing in International Political Economy, from the University of Southern California.
Liam has built a strong reputation as a leading PR professional in the blockchain, fintech, and public affairs sectors. With years of experience representing clients as they navigate the intricate regulatory environments of the European Union and beyond, Liam is a trusted consultant to governments as well as executives across a wide range of blockchain and emerging technology companies, including exchanges, trade associations, and protocols.
Prior to joining Wachsman, Liam served as an Adviser to the European Commission’s Director of Strategy and Corporate Communication in Brussels. His duties included speechwriting and crafting the European Commission’s first centralized communications campaign aimed at tackling fake news and disinformation.
Liam has also worked as a Policy Adviser at the U.K. Cabinet Office, providing support to the Office of the Prime Minister and managing the relationship between the Cabinet and several government departments in the policies surrounding transparency, accountability, and open data. Prior to joining the Cabinet Office, Liam worked for a group that represented an independent coalition of FTSE 100 CEOs and Chairman, advocating for continued membership in and positive reform of the European Union.
Liam holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from Trinity College, Dublin and a Master of Science in Politics and Communication from The London School of Economics, where he graduated with distinction. He is also a graduate of the Washington Ireland Program, part of which included a work placement in the office of Representative Patrick J. Kennedy II in the U.S. Congress.
Alex has deep-seated expertise supporting multinational organizations achieve their PR objectives, spearheading efforts across media relations, content creation, and corporate communications. She has represented a variety of notable blockchain clients as they build and promote their brands globally. With experience leading media relations strategies for platform launches, partnerships, and company milestones, Alex has a proven track record in securing high-profile media placements for blockchain and technology-focused organizations.
Currently driving Wachman's PR efforts in Asia, Alex moved to Singapore in August 2018 to support the company’s expansion into the region and oversee teams specializing in media relations, content creation, copywriting, and strategic communications.
Prior to joining Wachsman, Alex worked for a Dublin-based agency leading campaigns for a number of reputable international organizations such as Ancestry.com and Kingspan. Alex studied Journalism and Economics at the University of Limerick and has contributed to a number of publications, including working as an online journalist for Industry and Business Magazine.
With a background in corporate communications, Lucinda has worked with a variety of clients ranging from global financial services giants to fintech startups, helping build brands in crowded markets, shape narratives, and mitigate reputational risk. She specializes in a number of PR initiatives, including in crisis communication, copywriting, social media management, and campaign strategy.
Originally from Australia, Lucinda began her career at a boutique corporate news PR firm before joining the Sydney office of international communications consultancy Hill+Knowlton. She then led a corporate affairs team at Haystac and held a communications role within a government department before making the move to New York City in September 2017.
Lucinda holds a Master of International Law and International Relations, and a Bachelor of Media in Public Relations and Advertising from the University of New South Wales.
Alex is a seasoned strategic communications professional with extensive experience delivering high-profile, high-stakes campaigns for international clients. Over 10 years in PR, he has built a broad skill-set encompassing every aspect of the client journey, from brand and message development through campaign planning, copywriting, media training, and media relations.
Prior to joining Wachsman in January 2020, Alex worked at business-to-business PR agency JTA, representing blue-chip brands in the global sports industry and the Olympic Movement, including the LA 2028 Olympic Games organizing committee, the Canada-Mexico-USA FIFA World Cup 2026 bid, and Manchester United FC.
Alex’s agency career began in London, where he was strategic planning director with overall responsibility for mapping, executing, and measuring communications campaigns. He then moved to Los Angeles where he established and led his agency’s US subsidiary. Alex has prepared sports industry leaders and elected officials for critical public appearances ranging from interviews and press conferences to live panel sessions, conference keynotes, technical briefings, and mega-event Opening Ceremonies.
Alex has a Bachelor of Arts in English & Related Literature from the University of York.
Gaby’s expertise lies at the intersection of finance, emerging technology, and blockchain, leading communications teams for industry-leading exchanges, global trading platforms, crowdfunding, and KYC/AML solutions.
Gaby has experience supporting businesses with corporate communications, executive visibility, media relations, product launches, and content development. She has represented some of the most prominent names in the financial sector and global brands, including Nestle (Corporate), Overstock.com, tZERO, Charles Schwab, Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, Chubb Insurance, Fidelity Investments, RBC, and Western Union Business Solutions.
Originally from Hong Kong, Gaby grew up in Toronto. Gaby obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Economics from Queen’s University in Canada and a Master of Science in Public Relations and Corporate Communications from New York University.
Louise has a wealth of experience providing strategic, advisory, public relations consulting, and corporate development services to a variety of Wachsman clients across industry verticals including blockchain protocols, exchanges, decentralized finance, payments and digital securities.
Prior to joining Wachsman, Louise served as Senior Communications Manager for European airline Ryanair, where she managed aspects of the company’s communications strategy across 37 different markets. Louise also worked in-house as Media & PR Manager for professional rugby team Connacht Rugby following a comprehensive marketing and advertising graduate programme at The Irish Times.
Louise holds a Bachelor of Commerce and French from University College, Dublin and a diploma in Public Relations from the Public Relations Institute of Ireland.
Eoin has a deep interest in the potential of emerging technologies to impact the lives of people around the world, and has represented a diverse roster of clients across a variety of industry verticals, including decentralized finance and payments, cybersecurity, healthcare, and blockchain protocols. His focus on delivering tailored communications strategies has assisted organizations around the world in meeting their stated business objectives.
Prior to joining Wachsman, Eoin worked at a boutique tech PR consultancy in Dublin and was a Training & Policy Lead at Google Maps. He holds a Master of Arts in Journalism and Digital Media from Independent College and a Bachelor of Arts with honors in French and German from Trinity College, Dublin, in addition to a Certificate in PR Account Management from the Public Relations Institute of Ireland.
Gregory brings substantial experience in financial management and reporting to his role as Finance Director for Wachsman.
Gregory has repeated success in building and leading high-achieving teams, managing and improving financial controls, and decreasing month-end closing time. He excels at devising and deploying financial strategies and at directing and managing overall business operations.
Throughout his career, he has built strong relationships inside and outside his organizations, effectively communicated financial information to boards and management, determined customer financial needs, and implemented “win-win” solutions.
Gregory began his career in general accounting before moving to Deloitte, where he was audit senior for companies including Kerry Foods. He later held senior finance roles at companies including Kelloggs and Diageo. Before moving to Wachsman, he spent five years in higher education as financial controller for Dublin Business School.
Gregory is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and has a Master of Business Administration specializing in Project Management from Dublin Business School.
Derek joined Wachsman after six years as an options broker on the New York Stock Exchange. Derek worked for three years each at NYSE-AMEX in New York and NYSE-ARCA in San Francisco, executing trades for clients ranging from broker-dealers, to banks, to hedge funds.
Derek graduated from Fordham University where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. Derek holds three financial industry certifications: Series 7, Series 56, and Series 63.
Jackie brings with her a wealth of experience in brand strategy, business analysis, creative direction, and marketing campaign leadership. Throughout her career, Jackie has directed and managed a diversified portfolio of global B2B and B2C CPG brands in the beauty, personal care, nutrition, fitness, and wellness industries. Her work has helped foster business relationships with major retailers including Ulta, Walmart, Sally Beauty, Walgreens, Bed Bath & Beyond, and CVS.
Jackie received a dual Bachelor of Arts from Vanderbilt University in French and German Language & Literature. She also holds a Master of Business Administration in International Business at Pepperdine University.
Jackie is fluent in French and proficient in German.
Sandra comes to Wachsman with more than eight years of experience in public relations, marketing, and digital strategy implementation. Specializing in media relations and brand visibility, Sandra has a proven track record of securing top-tier media placements for both emerging companies and major multinationals.
Most recently, Sandra served as Senior Director of Experiential Marketing at United Way of New York City, where she was responsible for the strategic development and implementation of impactful marketing campaigns and brand experiences. Prior to moving to New York City, Sandra worked as Senior Manager of Public Relations at the United Way of Miami-Dade. In her role, she led strategic communications campaigns for both the company and its corporate and nonprofit partners.
Sandra received a Bachelor of Science in Communication from the University of Miami. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
Sam recently served as a Senior Associate at global advisory firm Teneo, where he worked with a number of fintech companies in corporate and policy communications. Notable clients included Airbnb, Grab, Asia Internet Coalition, and KBZ Bank.
Prior to Teneo, Sam worked as a consultant at Text100 Malaysia. There, he supported with Cisco Systems and a talent development agency under the Prime Minister's Office. Sam has also worked with an SME incubator funded by ANZ Bank in Adelaide, Australia, as well as Co-founded Lend a Skilled Hand, an online marketplace connecting volunteers with organizations working with communities in need.
Sam received a Bachelors of Management, Marketing from the University of South Australia. He is fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Prior to joining Wachsman, Rebecca worked as a journalist at both local and national levels for publications including The Irish Examiner, The Munster Express, and The Galway Independent. Rebecca has also worked in a public relations and content creation role with a marketing agency.
Rebecca graduated from the University of Limerick with a degree in Journalism and New Media.
Joel arrives at Wachsman with extensive experience working across the Asia Pacific region. Prior to joining Wachsman, Joel provided strategic counsel, PR support, social media planning, crisis communications, and media relations to firms including AmFraser Securities, Chrysler Communications, and RICE Communications. He also served in the Singapore Armed Services.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing from University of Canterbury, New Zealand.
Before joining Wachsman, Laura served as an Account Executive at marketing and communications firm ChizComm, where she serviced clients across the United States, Canada, and Australia. She also worked as an Associate Producer for Isobar, a global digital marketing firm, as well as a Business Development Agent for Lavin Agency, the world's largest intellectual speaker's bureau. Past clients include Spin Master, LEGO, and Disney Parks.
Laura received a Bachelor of Arts in Film and Media Studies from Queen’s University, Ontario.
Maud previously served as an Account Executive at multi-award winning consumer public relations agency Fever PR. With experience in media relations, social media management, content creation, and event management, Maud has worked with industry leaders across the consumer technology, entertainment, lifestyle, and health sectors. Her previous clients include PlayStation UK, NOW TV, and Aptaclub.
Maud embarked on her career in public relations at the Football Association of Ireland, working with the communications team ahead of the 2016 UEFA EURO Championship and the launch of the SSE Airtricity League.
Upon graduating from Dublin Institute of Technology's Master of Arts in Public Relations program with first-class honors, the Public Relations Institute of Ireland named Maud the "Best Overall Student 2015/ 2016" and Heneghan PR awarded her "Best writer on course MA Public Relations 2015/ 2016." Maud also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from Dublin City University.
Previously, Emily served as an Account Executive for The Rosen Group, where she worked with clients across the technology, healthcare, and financial sectors. Prior to this, Emily was an Account Executive at ReputationInc., where she assisted clients including MSD Ireland, Google Ireland, and Accenture Ireland.
Emily received a Master of Public Relations with honors, as well as a Bachelor of Social Sciences, from University College, Dublin.
Gavin joined Wachsman after earning a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from Trinity College, Dublin. While at university, Gavin achieved a Certificat en Sciences Sociales et Humanités from the Paris Institute of Political Studies.
His previous work experience focused on academic research, subcontracting for the Department of Economics at Trinity College, Dublin on the Historical House Prices in America project.
Gavin is fluent in English and French.
Aine has worked closely with some of the most influential companies in the blockchain space. Prior to joining Wachsman, Aine served as Sales and Network Coordinator for Renault Ireland, where she contributed to the development of commercial sales strategies designed to grow the company's share of market. Aine has also worked as an Area Sales Manager for Findlater Wine and Spirits Group, which provided her with valuable experience in business development, key account management, and commercial strategy.
Aine holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from Dublin Institute of Technology and a postgraduate diploma in Event Management and Public Relations from Fitzwilliam Institute
Prior to joining Wachsman, Lorcan served as a Communications and Corporate Affairs Executive with Ibec, Ireland’s largest employers’ representative body, before relocating to Denver, Colorado to work with the HLK advertising agency. Since returning to Dublin, Lorcan has worked with Dairy Industry Ireland, one of Ibec’s sector associations.
Lorcan holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics and Finance from University College Dublin, as well as a master’s degree in Public Relations and Advertising from Ulster University.
Prior to joining Wachsman, Adam lived in Berlin, Germany, where he trained at LHBS, a consulting firm specializing in business, brand, and marketing innovation. After returning to the United States, Adam joined Pollie-winning media agency NJI Media, where he gained experience in the fields of digital communications, web development, user experience, and brand design. As a member of the strategy team, Adam supported client accounts and helped coordinate the production and development teams as the firm redesigned the websites of several international NGOs and D.C.-based advocacy groups.
Adam graduated from the University of Edinburgh in 2016 with a Master of Arts in International Relations. As a student, Adam was the National Youth President of the United Nations Association: U.K., serving as a board trustee and overseeing the activities of more than 40 individual college branches. Adam interned at several law offices and at Jamestown Associates, a leading U.S. political consulting firm.
Most recently, Melissa worked as an Intercultural Program Consultant at relocation firm Cartus Corporation. There, she helped design and coordinate cross-cultural programs for expatriates relocating to the Asia Pacific region. Melissa has also worked as a freelance journalist for Singapore-based online news platform Observer+, as well as an intern for PR agency Lion & Lamb Communications.
Melissa received a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature with a minor in Linguistics from New York University.
She is fluent in English and Tagalog.
Prior to joining Wachsman, Matthew was a Consultant with Powerscourt Group, a London- and Dublin-based strategic communications agency. At Powerscourt, Matthew specialized in financial communications, advising both listed and private companies on media strategy and engagement.
Before joining Powerscourt, Matthew worked as a financial journalist. He started his career at Euromoney Institutional Investor, then joined Bond Radar, a Bloomberg platform, where he was a Senior Reporter with the US Markets team.
Matthew received a Bachelor of Arts in Economic and Social Studies from Trinity College, Dublin and a Master’s Degree in International Relations from the University of Cambridge.
Bee comes to Wachsman after her tenure a Project Consultant at advisory firm APCO Worldwide, where she provided strategic communications support, advocacy, and policy analysis across several fields
Bee previously worked as a Corporate Affairs Executive at Philip Morris International, where her assignments included public affairs, stakeholder management, and research.
Bee received a Masters in Public Policy in the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from Hankuk University of Foreign Studies. She is fluent in English and Korean.
Benjamin joined Wachsman in January 2020.
He has prior experience in the investor relations space, where he advised corporates and C-level executives on equity market positioning, strategic financial communications and crisis management.
Benjamin’s other work experience lies in the fund management industry, where he identified prospective investment opportunities and recommended investment decisions.
Benjamin graduated from the Singapore Management University with a Bachelor of Accountancy and a second major in finance.
Anna joined Wachsman after interning at a New York-based PR and business development agency specialized in technology startups.
A Commerce and Chinese graduate from University College Dublin, Anna spent a year in China, studying Mandarin at Renmin University in Beijing and International Business at Shanghai’s Jiao Tong University.
Most recently, she served as a Junior Copywriter at interactive marketing firm Tribal Worldwide. Prior to this, Tiffany worked as a Creative Intern for Havas Worldwide and J. Walter Thompson, where she focused on copywriting and art direction respectively.
Tiffany received a Bachelor of Arts in Design Communication with a focus in advertising from LASALLE College of the Arts. She also holds a Diploma in Visual Communication from Temasek Polytechnic.
She is fluent in English and Mandarin.
Mark comes to Wachsman with event management experience in the sports and fundraising sectors, supporting companies like Make a Wish, Suicide or Survive, and Chernobyl’s Children’s Trust.
Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sports and Exercise Management from University College Dublin and a postgraduate diploma in Event Management and Public Relations from Fitzwilliam Institute.
Previously, Caitlin worked as an Assistant Account Executive at blockchain communications company Transform Group, where she assisted in creating and executing media relations and events strategies.
Prior to her time Transform Group, Caitlin interned for student-run organization Allen Hall Public Relations, where she identified and pitched creative ways to increase social engagement for the Jordan Schnitzer Museum of Art in Eugene, Oregon.
Caitlin received a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations with a minor in Nonprofit Administration from the University of Oregon.
Prior to joining Wachsman, Eleanor served as a Junior Account Executive at Dublin-based PR agency DHR Communications, where she supported clients including the National Library of Ireland, the Broadcasting Authority of Ireland, and the Irish National Teachers’ Organisation.
Eleanor received a Bachelor of Arts in History and Politics from University College, Dublin, as well as a Master of Science in Business Management from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School. She also carries a diploma in Public Relations from the Public Relations Institute of Ireland.
Previously, Mary served as a PR Intern for Wachsman during the Summer of 2018. Before Wachsman, she was an Investor Relations Intern for Envisage Capital Management.
Mary received a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with a minor in Business from Villanova University.
Prior to Wachsman, Gwenn was a Programme Coordinator at INSEAD. There, she worked on the Executive Education programmes with a range of companies such as Mitsubishi Corporation, HP Enterprise, Home Team Academy and RHB.
She also previously worked as a Senior Conference Producer at Marcus Evans Group, with a repertoire of conferences in the area of transaction banking, focusing on payments innovation and FinTech.
Gwenn received a Bachelor of Business Management in Marketing and Corporate Communication from Singapore Management University.
She is fluent in English and Mandarin.
Most recently, Jonathan served as a Junior Copywriter at PR agency The Idea Lab, where he helped create advertisements for brands such as Peugeot, Ford, Resorts World Sentosa, and Garuda Indonesia. Prior to that, he worked as an intern at Tribal Worldwide.
Jonathan received a Bachelor of Communications with distinction from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology University.

Previously, Nadia served as an Editorial Intern for Channel News Asia, where she assisted the morning show First Look Asia in the production of news packages and interviews.
Nadia received a Bachelor of Media in Communications and Journalism from the University of New South Wales. There, she completed a Bachelor of Media honors program, where she participated in postgraduate research on media-related topics.
Nadia is fluent in English and Mandarin.
Ashleigh is a recent graduate of Maynooth University, where she received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business & Management. She continues to work at Wachsman after completing a summer internship here.
While an undergraduate, she interned at Enterprise Ireland as part of the Market Research team.
Jen graduated from SUNY Oneonta with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and a minor in Public Relations. She is a former Wachsman summer intern.
While an undergraduate, Jen completed an internship at Prescription PR, in Northport, Long Island.
Zoë is a recent graduate of Trinity College, Dublin, where she received a Bachelor in Business Studies and French. She returns to Wachsman after interning here in Summer 2018. She has also worked at KPMG as an advisory intern.
Zoë is a fluent French speaker and spent a year studying in France at Grenoble Ecole de Management.
Conor joined Wachsman after interning as a researcher for Newstalk, the Irish national radio station. He has also worked as a teacher in Ireland and in Spain, where he taught English as a foreign language.
Conor received a Master of Science in International Politics from Trinity College Dublin and a Bachelor of Arts joint honors degree in English and Psychology from University College Cork.
McKenna is a current student at Marymount Manhattan College working towards a Bachelor of Arts in Communications.
She previously served as a summer intern at Wachsman before continuing with the Wachsman team as an extended intern for the 2019–2020 school year. McKenna has also worked as a freelance social media manager.
Before joining Wachsman, Beverly interned with consulting firms FTI Consulting and Teneo, where she supported communication efforts for clients spanning the finance, tech, and telecommunications industries. Beverly also interned in in-house communication roles at Citibank and CIMB Bank.
Beverly graduated from Singapore Management University with a Bachelor’s in Business Management and a major in Corporate Communication.
Liz most recently worked on the Divisional HR team for Bank of Ireland after completing its graduate program.
Liz holds a Bachelor of Science in Retail and Services Management from Dublin Institute of Technology, as well as a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management from the National College of Ireland.
Hanna has worked in a number of communications roles between New York and Miami, including Marketing Manager for an Olympic Fencing Club and Gallery Director of a contemporary art gallery.
She graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University with a Master of Arts in Professional Communication and Media Studies. She earned her undergraduate degree in Communications with a minor in Business while on an athletic scholarship for participation in NCAA Division 1 Fencing.
