Principal, Strategic Partnerships, Singapore

Lucinda leads Wachsman's Strategic Partnership Division in Singapore, building lasting relationships with some of the leading voices in the blockchain and emerging technology sectors. Since joining Wachsman in October 2017, Lucinda has become a driving force in providing strategic guidance to clients across the Asia-Pacific region, developing tailored proposals that meet a variety of business needs. In addition to her work with strategic partnerships, Lucinda also manages a number of PR initiatives, specializing in crisis communication, copywriting, social media management, and campaign strategy.

With a background in corporate communications, Lucinda has worked with a variety of clients ranging from global financial services giants to fintech startups, helping build brands in crowded markets, shape narratives, and mitigate reputational risk.

Originally from Australia, Lucinda began her career at a boutique corporate news PR firm before joining the Sydney office of international communications consultancy Hill+Knowlton. She then led a corporate affairs team at Haystac and held a communications role within a government department before making the move to New York City in September 2017.

Lucinda holds a Master of International Law and International Relations, and a Bachelor of Media in Public Relations and Advertising from the University of New South Wales.


Strategic Partnerships Lead, New York

After joining its European headquarters in July 2017, Tom was the inaugural member of Wachsman’s international exchange program, transferring to the New York office in February 2018.

Before being promoted to Strategic Partnerships Lead, Tom supported Wachsman’s Public Relations division, playing a pivotal role in the communication campaigns of over two dozen industry pioneers, including Dash, æternity, Lisk, and aelf. As Wachsman New York’s Strategic Partnerships Lead, Tom spearheads the creation, planning, organization, and execution of new business development on behalf of Wachsman globally, focusing efforts on developing the North American and Asian markets.

Prior to joining Wachsman, Tom served as the Director of Operations on Kimberly Ellis’s campaign for California Democratic Chair.


Strategic Partnerships Lead, Dublin

David joined Wachsman in September 2017. With experience in both Public Relations and Strategic Advisory, he has worked alongside some of the most recognized companies in the blockchain space.

Prior to joining Wachsman, David worked for Dublin-based marketing firm Grid53, implementing strategic marketing campaigns for many high-profile clients. David graduated from University College Dublin with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Law.



Strategic Partnerships Lead, Singapore

Gavin joined Wachsman in August 2017 after earning a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from Trinity College, Dublin. While at university, Gavin achieved a Certificat en Sciences Sociales et Humanités from the Paris Institute of Political Studies.

His previous work experience focused on academic research, subcontracting for the Department of Economics at Trinity College, Dublin on the Historical House Prices in America project.

Gavin is fluent in English and French.


Strategic Partnerships Analyst

Aine joined Wachsman in May 2018, and, since then, has worked closely with some of the most influential companies in the blockchain space.  

Previous to Wachsman, Aine served as Sales and Network Coordinator of Renault Ireland, where she contributed to the development of commercial sales strategies designed to grow the company's share of market. Prior to her time at Renault Ireland, Aine worked as Area Sales Manager for Findlater Wine and Spirits Group, which provided her with valuable experience in business development, key account management and commercial strategy.

An experienced event management and marketing professional, Aine holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from Dublin Institute of Technology and a postgraduate diploma in Event Management and Public Relations from Fitzwilliam Institute.
